    BMC RemedyForce incorporates SafeNet Authentication Service and SafeNet Authentication Manager for increased secure access to SaaS and web apps solutions such as Salesforce/Remedy/Force. The addition of SafeNet Authentication Service and SafeNet Authentication Manager (SAM) dramatically raises the level of security from static passwords to dynamic passwords for strong, two-factor user identification.

    SAM also allows RemedyForce users to leverage single sign-on capabilities embedded in the organization’s SafeNet Authentication solution. SAM collects and evaluates user credentials and accepts or rejects them as appropriate for secured authentication.
